Most runners don’t lack motivation.
They lack understanding.
Many runners spend months—or even years—following training plans without truly understanding why they work.
Without understanding the complete process, progress eventually slows, training becomes repetitive and performance eventually plateaus.
As a result, they often:
• Run more instead of training smarter.
• Don’t understand why each session matters.
• Follow training plans without knowing how to adapt them.
• Neglect strength, recovery and nutrition.
• Train hard without knowing what actually improves performance.
The Maraleina Running Performance Camp combines practical training with education.
Rather than simply accumulating miles, you’ll experience every component of an effective running programme—from aerobic development and speed training to strength training, recovery and nutrition—while learning the science behind every session.
Throughout the week, you’ll complete practical training sessions, educational workshops and individual assessments before leaving with a personalised understanding of your strengths, areas for improvement and a structured plan for continued progress.
